Venice (October 2015)

"The City of Water","The Floating City","The City of Canal" & "The City of Bridges"--->Venice

Venice is the group of 118 small islands which are linked by bridges and separated by canals.

I reached Venice Marco Polo Airport from Schiphol (Amsterdam, Netherland) airport in noon. .

We took the ACTV bus outside the airport and reached Venezia P.le Roma (Main City) which was 13 km away. After getting off the bus we saw an outstanding view of Grand Canal on our left side which won our hearts.

                                 

Local conveyance of Venice was boat or we can take a walk also.We reached our hotel by walking along the Grand Canal.

The route to hotel was mesmerizing, there were lots of restaurants, tourists were enjoying the street food with drinks.

After freshening up we went to explore the beauty of venice at night.




Venice is full of narrow streets and really they all are one of a kind. The narrowest street of world is in venice called Calletta.

We ate delicious Spaghetti in venice, then went to the heart of the city i.e. San Marco for a promenade and returned back.



As per planning, we woke up timely, had Italian breakfast and started our journey to one of the most famous squares of the world, St. Mark's Square, where the Bollywood song "Khuda jane" was shot.

St. Mark's Basicalla is one of the most visited places in Venice.



Then we moved to see the amazing eye view of St. Marks Square which left us awestruck.

After the stunning eye view of St. Mark's Square, we booked the water taxi in San Marco for the top three islands of venice i.e. MURANO, BURANO, TORCELLO. 






The route to Murano from venice was so beautiful. I had seen this view for the first time in my life.





Murano had specialization in fancy glasswares for centuries, we saw the different styles of glasses with vibrant colors.We took the small tour of Murano which had narrow streets, was very calm and less crowded, then moved to Burano.



Burano is also called Colorful island and mainly famous for fish dishes, the most famous is "risotto de go" . The houses in Burano were in square shape, divided into two or three floors having different colored paint which was looking so beautiful. 










After capturing the pleasant view of Burano, we went at one end of Burano, beholding the nature, watching the sunset, photographers were capturing the pictures of beautiful sunset.



Then we left for Venice because we had a train at night to Rome.



Before saying good bye to the floating city we went to the Venice market, had dinner near the San Marco. Then we reached the station and left for ROME.

OOOhhh La la la PARIS "The City Of Love", "The city of Romance" -- Paris Best Time:  April to Oct Paris can be the city where I wish to live forever. From childhood I wished to see the City of love, finally the most awaited day came. We reached  London Victoria Station , collected our boarding pass and took the bus to Paris at 8.30 p.m. My heart beat was quickened as it was my first time in Cruise . We reached  Dover  at 12 O'clock.  Lots of buses and cars were waiting there for entry in cruise. As we entered the cruise the parking areas was full of cars and lots of trucks, buses etc Cruise was that much huge, it can accommodate hundred of cars. we took stairs to go to cafe. Bullet Trip to Leh (June 2017)

Best Time:  May to Sept #Trip #To #Heaven Leh-Ladakh is the heaven on earth. It's beauty beyond our imagination. As compared to hot climate of Delhi, Leh was frosty. I booked the Volvo from Delhi to Manali. It's an overnight journey and reached manali at 8 pm, booked hotel, took rest and did some shopping in Mall Road for Leh. Trip started from Bhanu Camp near Green tax in manali, lots of riders were there, they seemed so excited for the trip, we took our respective bullets and started our journey at 2 pm. Guide advised us to take tablet of Diam-ox to prepare ourself for higher altitude. After crossing the mall road the view was outstanding and we rode continuously 52 Km to reach  Rohtang Pass. Rohtang Pas was so beautiful and covered with the majestic snow. Adventure Isle at Disneyland Paris :--> Time to live the childhood once again It's like the childhood dream comes true. Finally I was witnessing the scene that I have only seen in television. After covering the day night tour of Paris,  our next morning started with beautiful sunrise in an adventurous place. We woke up early in the morning, freshen-ed up fastly, ate the delicious breakfast and headed towards disneyland. We were ready and yearning for the adventure and took the tube from nearby station of our hotel.  In tube, we discussed that no one will get tired until we cover all adventures as we didn't want to miss out anything there. #Finallyreachedtheworldofdreams Weather was too clement.
