Bullet Trip to Leh (June 2017)
#Trip #To #Heaven
Leh-Ladakh is the heaven on earth. It's beauty beyond our imagination.
As compared to hot climate of Delhi, Leh was frosty.
I booked the Volvo from Delhi to Manali. It's an overnight journey and reached manali at 8 pm, booked hotel, took rest and did some shopping in Mall Road for Leh.
Trip started from Bhanu Camp near Green tax in manali, lots of riders were there, they seemed so excited for the trip, we took our respective bullets and started our journey at 2 pm. Guide advised us to take tablet of Diam-ox to prepare ourself for higher altitude.
After crossing the mall road the view was outstanding and we rode continuously 52 Km to reach Rohtang Pass.
Rohtang Pas was so beautiful and covered with the majestic snow. We spent some time there and enjoyed while throwing snow over each other
Now we step forward to the next district of Himachal Pradesh i.e. Keylong. As we were moving closer to Leh the scenery became more beautiful and so lovely. After Keylong only BSNL postpaid would work.We faced the small water crossing in between, our bike was moving with the parallel to the water but we managed anyhow & continued our journey, that moment was so adventurous.

At 9 pm we reached keylong, had dinner and slept. In morning when we opened our room's window the view was magical, birds were flying, cuckoos were singing in their melodious voice, stunning environment, less crowded area.
Now started our journey to JISPA. The road condition was anonymous during the whole trip to Leh. Jispa was full of misty mountains, green hills.
In Jispa, a lot of small camp were made for the tourist, this was the best place to stay at night.
Riding the bike in a very smooth road, where one side had a wonderful view of river and other side was full of green, brown and snowy mountain, very fresh environment.
We took little break to behold the nature, drunk some turmeric milk which is very helpful in high altitude areas.
Drove continuously and reach the Zing Zing bar. The music of water could be heard all over the way. Zing Zing is famous for extensive range of drinks and lot of food options to refuel your body.
We ate Maggie, drunk tea, clicked photos and moved to Sarchu.
We can never compare the beauty of Ladakh to any other city as it is one of a kind . It was very beautiful all around. Fully peaceful, lake side view, smooth road, Maggie, tea everything was so delighting.
At Sarchu we had lunch and moved to Pang. The road to pang was so rough, we faced a lot of obstacle and it's difficult to handle bike.
We have seen snowfall before reaching Pang, a snow like a cotton was touching our face, it felts so light, voice was echoing, not a single person was there except us. All were making the slow motion videos in their phones.
We reached Pang at 6 pm, it was too cold, freezing and in a very high altitude. We spent a night in a camp. Some of our tour members were feeling dizziness, Vomit due to high altitude, Indian Army helped us at that time by providing the oxygen cylinder to our tour members and relieved them.
Next morning we rode to UPSHI. The road from Pang to Upshi was so wonderful, see the horizon in front of us and different types (purple, yellowish, blackish, brown, white, green etc.) of mountains.
We were continuously riding our bike because our destination was not so far, it was just 50 Km
We kept enjoying the beautiful nature.
Finally we entered in Leh, it was fully Tibetian culture. We saw prayer wheel in Leh which symbolizes love and peace.
Note: To ride your bike in Leh is prohibited. Please don't ride your bike provided to you, however you can ride your own (personal) bike which is registered on your name.
In the evening we went to Leh market which was totally different from other markets of India. Vehicles were not allowed inside the market, seating arrangement was made in market.
Next day we stepped towards the Pangpang Lake via Changla by bus, the way was so incredible, beauty beyond our imagination, really its heaven on earth.
In between we also ate Maggie, drunk tea in the World highest Restaurant.
Our faces was totally dried up due to dehydration, as the temperature was too low.
After Changla we reached to Pang pong where 3 idiots were shot.

We spent night at Pangpang, next morning was refreshing unlike other mornings of my life. So beautiful, amazing and incredible.
Then next we again started our bike and back to manali.
